• find enough volunteers
• train them
• grow my ministry
• write songs the congregation will actually want to sing
• carry out what I’m asked to do
• become a better musician
• unleash my creativity
• speak up when I need to
• cast compelling vision
• keep this thing moving forward

…Has given the church EVERYTHING she needs to carry out His work.

And I’m glad that I’m a part of that.
