It occurred to me after my last post that there are a few different preferences floating around out there when it comes to Christmas Carols.  All of them are good, but they’re different.  Some people love Christmas time for the music.  They love to hear carollers.  They love to pull out the classic Christmas albums they’ve listened to for years.  There’s another group of people that love Christmas music, but are looking for something fresh as well.  They want to sing them out strong, but they love new arrangements and new concepts on familiar songs.  Then there’s the group that maybe don’t “love” Christmas music, but they can appreciate good music about Christmas and the birth of Jesus.  This group loves to hear songs that are new to them.  They might say that the best Christmas Carols have yet to be written.
