A little about me…
I grew up as a Missionary Kid in Germany and spent my teen years in Canada where I developed a passion for leading worship in my local church. I followed that passion into full time ministry beginning in 2005 and I’m currently the worship pastor at Saanich Baptist Church.
I love my wife Lyndsey, I love making music, I love listening to music, I love coffee and all beverages that can be appreciated as art. I’ve been completely changed by the reality of God’s love for me and purpose for my life and it’s my desire to point people to Jesus.
I believe that being a worship pastor is an incredible gift and responsibility and I’m grateful God has allowed me to do this full time. I’m passionate about equipping and encouraging other worship leaders and musicians, especially the next generation. I hope you’ll join the conversation here as I blog on worship leading, creativity, and music.

Hey Bro, I enjoyed your last posting. Got me thinking about the role I play in worship as a player and also when I am a part of the congregation.
thanks for your insight, it is welcome and refreshing.
cheers!
When are you coming back to Calgary to play a set or just anything? Your music is crazy addictive and I miss hearing it out here. Your worship was so good. Need to hear something live soon!!! Come back for 1 night!
Ha! Well thanks.
I’ve enjoyed reading your whole site, and am impressed. I still have trouble picturing you as someone other than the guy with the fall-off-the-rack pacifica and fender amp playing at kids hour… there’s been a lot of growth I can see, and a new beanie, but I’m glad you’re doing what you’re loving.
Nathan
Thanks Nathan. I guess we all start somewhere. Good to hear from you.
